Ian S. Mackay is a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat surgeon who was appointed to the Royal Brompton and Charing Cross Hospitals and is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer to the Institute of Laryngology and Otology. He has also been a Visiting Professor to the Mayo Clinic in America. He has an international reputation as a lecturer in rhinoplasty and sinus surgery and has published numerous papers and books on these subjects.
He is a founder member and board member of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and the British Allergy Foundation. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Past President of ENT-UK and of the Section of Laryngology and Rhinology at the Royal Society of Medicine.
